this week's stovetop : Lemon-Ginger Bread Pudding

Inspired by a freshly picked lemon I rescued from a bag of free lemons in Berkeley and one of my favorite teas (lemon ginger), I made lemon-ginger bread pudding. 

Here's the second version, the inaugural dish for my fabulous pi pie dish (thanks Linda!):


The recipe still needs some tweaking, but I'll post it once the ingredient ratios are correct!
